What is the difference between the d'uccle bantam and the d'anver bantam?
They look the same just different colors just like the mille fluer and golden neck and so on

The big differences are d'uccles have a single comb and feathered legs, d"anvers are clean-legged and rose combed.

I am not an expert but the biggest difference I noticed was that d'uccles have feathered legs and D'Anvers have clean legs. Also the combs are different, D'Anvers have a single comb and d'uccles have a rose comb.

They should also have leg and foot feathers which the d'anvers do not. I have both breeds.
