I got tons of good stuff at the store tonight. More beef (a leaner kind this time), chicken, more frozen peppers and onions cause they were on sale and I’ve been using them a lot lately, some good sub rolls cause I wanna make more cheesesteaks, more cheese, some Annie’s white cheddar shells mac and cheese to go with something I make, raspberries and yogurt and milk cause I wanna make smoothies with all the frozen fruit I have, etc. etc. LOL so yeah. And I think it was last week I got a bunch of pasta on sale and some sauce and olive oil, etc. so I can make a nice pasta dish too possibly at some point. LOL so yeah. Lots of possibilities.
 
I have a whole pack of chicken breasts in the freezer and TONS of peppers and onions still. And tons of cheese. Do I make a CHICKEN cheesesteak next OR!!!!!!!! Do I boil it up and make chicken salad OR!!!!!!!!! Chicken and rice!?!?!?!?!

italian chicken breast. Marinate a chicken breast in italian dressing (score it with a knife to get it to really absorb). Then put it in a foil pouch and bake it at 350 for 45min to an hour. Check temp with a meat thermometer. 155 f it can come out and rest, it will come up to 165.

Serve with rice and nice bread.

I’m thinking I might make Cheez It chicken LOL

It sounds interesting.

And I have basically all the ingredients.

Might need a few more things like eggs or Italian seasoning depending which recipe I use. One just brushed on mayo so I wouldn’t need the egg and I have loads of mayo LOL

But yeah.

I’ve only looked at 2 recipes so far and there’s loads more. So I need to look at more and see if I like any.

Most call for the Cheez Its AND bread crumbs which I DO have but yeah.

I just figured, I have an entire box of Cheez Its still and I don’t want to eat a whole other box by myself (just finished one) so I thought maybe there’s a recipe LOL and there is lmao

you can either make bread crumbs or get them at the store in the cake supplies aisle (usually) or the aisle that has things like stove top, instant potatoes, and rice-a-roni

basic bread crumbs are super easy. Make toast, let it sit for like an hour in a dry place, grumble it up with your hands. Add seasoning to it to taste
