I’ve been making grilled cheeses with Cabot Vermont sharp white cheddar. Yummyyyyyy. Especially with tomato soup with milk instead of water.

Thanks!!!!! Sounds yummy!!!!!!the basics for this are super easy. I'll give you 2 ideas.
SUPER BASIC:
1 Package of steak-umm's
Mozz or provalone slices
hoagie rolls
Your choice of veggies.
* Chop up your veggies.
* Toss the steakumm in a skillet and brown it salt/pepper to taste
* Drop a slice of cheese over your veggies, cover the skillet for a minute or 2.
* Uncover, scoop it onto a roll, add veggies, enjoy.
5 min prep, 10 min cook.
MORE COMPLEX.
Deli roast beef, shaved. half a pound per person you're serving.
Nice crusty French break sub rolls.
Swiss cheese (or the others, no wrong way here)
Veggies
1. Chop and toss your veg in a skillet and sweat them a bit to soften them up.
2. Cut open your french bread loaf. Butter the open faces and toss them face down on a hot griddle or flat top so brown the buttered faces.
3. Add your shaved roast beef, a little garlic, and some butter or margarine to the veggies. Basically stir fry until the meat is brown.
4. Cheese and cover like before.
5. Scoop,. assemble on the sub roll, and enjoy.
10 min prep, 15 min cook.
