So I would say that incubation didn't start till the day you discovered the 80F temperature and corrected it to 99.5. What day was that?I had a thermometer in the incubator it was about at 80.0 the whole time but I thout it was broken...will they still hatch?

Were you still turning the eggs after that?
The first thing you did wrong was beginning incubation with an unverified/uncalibrated thermometer. The second thing you did wrong was not springing into action when you thought the thermometer was broken.
That is no way incubate and expect anything to hatch.
