I just know that I've had incubator company thermometers that were way off.
One I had was accurate at 70F and off by 4F at what was supposed to be 99.5.
I used to use multiple thermometers (none calibrated) and thought I would use the average. I was wrong. I had horrible hatches till I acquired a couple guaranteed accurate thermometers that all of a sudden agreed with each other to within 0.1F.

I just now candled an egg and the embryo was filling up half the egg.

That is encouraging. But like I said in my first post, the temperature was likely low throughout.

OK I have a nice therm in there and set the temp for 120.0F and the therm is at 95.0F
