Day old silkie chick - splayed legs

I think I'm going to take Joey Jr to the vets tomorrow as I'm off work. I'm not convinced itlli be good news, and I'm preparing myself for the worst. Her leg is so deformed, I feel it might even be broken or dislocated, as the joint is simply not right. I've put her in a chick chair, which she is amazingly settled in! She dozed straight off when I put her in and got her comfy.

Does this position look about right? Her legs are strapped as straight.
