De-crowing procedure

Does anyone know of a vet in the southern OK, northern TX area that performs this decrowing procedure? I’ve heard of a Dr. James Richards in Oklahoma, but I can’t find him on the Internet.

Honestly, you're not going to get any help on this site. Decrowing is a cruel and awful thing to do, and I don't think you'll find a single person here who disagrees.

Removal of a roosters vocal cords. Even most vets that will do it mostly only do it under the table.
