Dead hen, needing some help

One of my hens was sick and we found her dead this morning. We are not sure where to send her to figure out what disease she had or how she died. I live in South Carolina. Please let me know!

Thanks, we are not sure if she broke her neck trying to wriggle under the pen, because another one of the younger hens had gotten out. She has had a respiratory sickness too so she may have died during the night because of that.
