Most Hens sick! Please help!

I had 4 hens. We found one dead today. Her, along with 2 of the others have very red and swollen egg holes (I don't know the official term). We also found blood on the eggs. Please help.

I assume you mean the orifice where the egg and poop are discharged. It's call the vent.

We need much more information if we are to try to help you.

-Your location.
-What they chickens have been eating including commercial feed, table scraps, and wild things growing within range.
-Any insecticides or rodent poison in the area?
-Age of chickens

Take some photos of the vents and post them.

How much room do they have? How old are they and do they go outside during the day to roam around?
