Death of a child

Don't know if you will like it... but I heard this song the other day on the radio and had to search for it as soon as I got home....

I have no experience in losing a child and quite honestly I couldn’t imagine it. I do know how it feels like to lose somebody close and it is a life changing experience. You just are never the same anymore after that. Some people become lost in the death of a close person and some people come out with a new look on life and an appreciation for the time that they have on this earth. I hope that you will find the best way possible to deal with this loss.

I understand the memorial thing. I was 5 1/2 months when our son was lost, I had to deliver him and he was perfect. This was the only child my husband and I will ever have. After 8 years, I am finally to the point that I can think in terms of Memorial and not grieving ......

FYI, I was a "late bloomer" I know my parents worried and still do.
