Thank you for snuffling your 'lings of cute. They have webs.
My pleasure despite the fact that they feel prickly from the feathers coming in. Yes, they do have webs. Cricket's are black and very cute.

They are so cute! Are they Welshies?

Their parents are beautiful! I love the look of a Call, but I fear my neighbors might turn into the proverbial angry mob. Deb's babies have me researching WH & (obviously) Cayuga & they seem great, but I'm getting 50/50 mixed reviews on how loud they are. I would also love to have a Runner, but I'm not allowed to do duck math here, so I keep researching the same birds over & over hoping something new will pop up... I'm told this is the true definition of insanity
Content ducks are usually quiet ducks. Excited ducks (good or bad) or complaining ducks are loud. A full quack from any breed I have had is very loud. Other than first thing in the morning when they get out, my ducks are fairly quiet unless they are sounding the alarm (treats or cats). The only guarantee of a quiet duck is a drake or a plush. Neither will give you eggsTheir parents are beautiful! I love the look of a Call, but I fear my neighbors might turn into the proverbial angry mob.
