Update on my flock! So I definitely think I have two JG cockerels.. all the chickens pictured are 12 weeks old. I have 11 hens.. will I likely have to rehome one?

Yes, you will most likely have to rehome one of your cockerels. They will probably fight for dominance, and two large roosters competitively breeding hens might injure them.
