Deformed beak

Thank you so much for the advice. I've been monitoring it all day and while I feel it is the most shy of the chicks, they are all eating well and this one sings so pretty when it takes its dirt bath. I will keep yall updated as these crucial weeks pass but I also feel it will be fine.

I think it will be fine. Get yourself a food scale, get a baseline weight on all chicks, then start tracking their weight gains. If your cross beak chick isn't getting enough to eat you'll know because it won't be gaining as much weight as the others.

It doesn't look bad, with modifications to feeding(mash) as mentioned above he/she should be fine. I had one and I supplemented protein with yogurt and scrambled eggs. A deep feeding dish and extra support.

That is a MILD case of cross beak. Here is a video about a chicken with cross beak.
