Delaware or ?

A friend has a rooster I'm interested in. I thought this was a Delaware roo the first time I saw a pic of him. But the friend just sent me another pic of him and now I'm not so sure. Admiitedly, it's not a very good quality pic. Any ideas?

Not a Delaware, well unless he was hatched in Delaware which makes him a Delawarian....
I'm not sure, but he looks like a barred mix.
