Hmm, kind of looks like a rooster to me. I think the neck feathers look pointed and the comb is rather large and red. Not a delaware like the others said. Delawares have straight combs and barring.

These look like possible male saddles poking through.
He’s looking masculine to me as well. But at 16 weeks I’m unsure.

Im glad to help! What I mean by "red leakage" is the random red spots on the chicken.
