I signed off on the title to my crashed truck today, it was so sad. Had it for 10 years. Now i need one.

When you hear the voices in your head what are they saying and do you believe them and accept what they are saying or do you push them away or do you have a hard time doing either ?

The curse of the human vs a chicken, is we have a awareness of our own thoughts, & that's where we go into the downward spiral of depression.

Do you have a counselor that you talk to? Do they help? It can take many tries to find a counselor who is compatible with your mindset & personality, it's like dating.

Yeah, Deb is great. I did take today to rest and recuperate. I really need a truck soon because i need to start coop construction and my husband is driving the car to Canada this month.

I suffer from anxiety and depression. I also have
Trichotillomania, a disorder caused by my anxiety. I take medicine everyday.

My anxiety and depression is from growing up with physical and mental abuse from my drug addict mother. My mother is now facing prison time for assault/attempted murder.

I went to court and was granted a Family Protection Order in June 2017. The county my mother is in didn't transport her for the trial because of the severity of her charges. My mother is still in criminal jail awaiting her trial this month.

Im so sorry that you've had to endure this kind of pain & suffering. I hope someday all your wounds will be healed & can find peace.

It's so sad to read the pain that so many of you have endured. I sure hope that we all can have a sliver of peace from our pasts someday.

I have depression, self diagnosed. Usually during the day I do alright. I'm mostly depressed during the night time, when I see really happy people or here songs about love on the radio. Sometimes I do think about death and how nice it sounds but I'm determined not to give in.

I sat down one day at work and listed 50 ways to kill yourself. But i have never tried to do it. I want to see how my grandkids grow up. I want to enjoy the rest of my life. I am working hard to make it happen.
