Dessert Pizza - Help Brainstorming Ideas !!!

We make then all the time-We use pie crust dough and spread it on pizza sheet-cook it first-then cool. Then add a layer of soften cream cheese over the whole cooled pie crust--cut in to thin slices Kiwi-strawberries-blueberries-and put all over-and srpinkle with crumb topping-like coffee cake crumbles Its Awesome!!!

For a quick one, I use the Pillsbury Grands and flatten them out to about a 4 inch diameter, pinch the ends to make an edge and then cook them. One of my favs is strawberries and glaze after the crusts are done, topped with whipped cream.

For another version, you can use the tub of chocolate cookie dough and top the "pizza" with M&M's. That one is always a hit.
