I started my flock on Wazine first thing this morning. So tomorrow morning, same time, they should be on fresh water, correct? TIA!

Yes, Wazine is used only for 24 hours. It can treat roundworms. There are other worms than can affect chickens, and are not seen easily without a microscope. Some vets, especially if you have other pets that see them, will do a fecal float on some fresh droppings to look for both worms and coccidiosis. Other wormers that many chicken owners used are Valbazen and fenbendazole (SafeGuard liquid goat wormer or horse paste.) Those are given directly to each chicken, but they treat most other worms. Many will rotate wormers used to help prevent resistance to wormers, and then some people never worm their chickens. Having a fecal test, though is a good way to decide if it is necessary. If you have actually seen thin long whitish worms, then that is roundworms (ascarids.)
