Thanks to Sally Sunshine I was able to save the one lone survivor of an expensive and terrible hatch. This sweet baby was peeping away on Day 22 so I made a small pip and then slowly more following her directions. Here she is in the egg and a few days later. The only thing I can think off is dried egg fluid. What does her navel and the surrounding skin look like? It would help if you can get a pic of it, if possible.

Wow! I thought my $80 chick was expensive. I can't imagine spending $200 and only getting one to hatch! She looks very proud of herself, haha.
