I was just reading that some ppl use a frontline spray it can be ordered on amazon for $30 not sure on the details but maybe another option for the creepy crawlies! I have been itching all morning after reading this! !

Good Morning all.

All three assisted chicks lived. Two were wrong end pipped and had bloody umbilicals when I took them out. I gobbed them with ointment and left them for a few hours. Then I moved them under a light still very wet in the brooder in their own private cardboard box until this morning. Woohoo

I also have eggs hatching. Tonight at 9 pm will be day 21. One that is about out is a shipped BLRW. Woohoo

ugggg I just investigated the last two brahma, one pipped internally but is in a pool of blood, it looks sorta blackdried so I left it as its still moving!
the other was dead. I put two cotournix in lockdown with themI hope that they don't get too knockedaround!

Oh wow!! He's still alive??? That seems impossible! XD

I have some good news though!!
I woke up today to a beautiful tiny mallard! He's out and peeping like crazy! This morning, while I was still asleep, my mom just gave him a teensy bit of help. But he did the rest by himself. OMG This is my first successful duck hatch. This duck is so cute!!! My camera is really bad quality. I'll get you pics as soon as I can though.
