EVEN FATTER!!!!!!!
 
You can't skip meals because you feel fat. The puppy will definitely be added exercise! You need to eat healthy and continue cutting back the coffee - you are going to feel lightheaded drinking that caffeine and eating nothing... You had a few bad days, that's ok, now get back to your regularly scheduled diet plans!!! Eat a banana!!! or an egg!!!

Hang in there, you'll be back on track soon!
 
Please don't skip meals - if you can't eat a full meal, try eating a hard-boiled egg, a piece of fruit. You need nutrition! Especially keeping up with your son, your DH, and your new PUPPY! If you don't eat, you will not have any energy. Don't ever use the excuse that you're fat to not eat, use the logic that you need to eat better to get thinner. Do not let people de-rail you. YOU are worth it!!!
 
Thanks I have been very tired and run down of late. I am just about keeping up with everyone and everything though I have "dropped the ball" a few times. Today our disabled son was supposed to go to overnight rest - bite care and I got so caught up with showing off the new Pup I totally forgot about it and didn;t put his overnight bag on the bus! Anyhow we got it up to his day care so we do still get the night off. DH and I sooo need that because we are exhausted. Bailey is settling in well and you would hardly know he was there. He doesn;t bark much at all. Infact he is a really good sweet little boy. Gizzy mo and Bailey were having a whale of a time earlier running up and down the yard and playing hide and seek under the caravan. I think Bailey should make the most of that as soon ehough he won't fit under there anymore. He is a little darling. We washed him today because he was starting to smell of pee pee. He had soo many wee wee accidents the last few days but most of that is down to all the changes for him. He manages to go though the night and does poos in the yard fine but he still misses the odd wee wee. He is only a baby though so thats to be expected and he knows to aim for the puppy pads!

Anyhow I feel I am in better control today.

I have not yet missed a meal and have only had 2 cups of coffee - so am doing ok. I think I will have a glass of wine tonight though! I think I deserve it.

I don;t think I will be able to get the target this time round but I still hope to carry on lossing the weight. I just cannot crack this yo yoing between 9 stone 10 lbs and 10 stone 3 lbs????

How I feel
More in control but a bit disapointed that I am not going to reach my goal this time round.
 
As you get closer to your goal weight, it will come off slower. I still don't think you're eating enough - I know, sounds crazy, right? We have Weight Watchers here in the US, and they recommend eating a good, balanced diet (lots of fruits & veggies, dairy, lean protein, etc) and I lose weight steadily - usually between 1/2 lb and 2 lbs a week. Sometimes more, sometimes I gain a bit, but as long as the overall progression is downward I'm happy. When I eat whole foods and a more 'natural' diet, I feel better, too. I'm trying to eliminate a lot of chemicals and high-fructose corn syrup from my diet, and I think it helps.

When I don't eat right, and don't eat my produce, my weight loss comes to a halt. Truth be told, the weight starts coming back. It's not being on a diet that works for me, it's just plain eating healthier. I know your life is chaotic, but I hope you can find the time to do that for yourself.

I'm glad to hear that you and DH got a night to yourselves, and I hope you got to relax a bit and enjoy Bailey. He sounds like a darling pup!
 
1st off Bailey is a darling pup - he is wonderful. I am teaching him already and he so wants to learn but he has the attantion span of a gnat.
I am very lucky with him. He seems to be receptive to learning. I have managed to teach him to sit and put his paw up for food already. He doesn;t always do it because he forgets sometimes but he is getting there. He doesn;t get treats until he does it correctly. I am being very firm with him from the start because I want him to learn the basics before he is too big. - I need him to learn some service training in advanced class so the quicker we learn basics the better it will be. It is quite easy right now. He isn;t allowed out yet due to vaccination restrictions. So it means plenty of one to one work like walking beside, sitting on command, comming on command and saying thank you with his paw. Learning t not push but wait to be let through a door. So he learns who is boss and top dog. It is going to be a lot of intence work but also I hope fun and rewarding on both sides.

How I feel
I kind of feel sometimes that I am gaining more weight than I am lossing here. It is really frustrating. However I did try on a pair of UK size 12 jeans today and they DID fit!!!!!

I am proud of you. You have the determination and will to make it. I know how difficult it is to try to lose weight when you feel bad. But the more we lose the less bad we will feel, so I just aim for slow and steady.
