Breakfast
1) cup of Coffee white no sugar.
None in a a hurry!
Exercise?
Went to Dublin so a very long old drive sat in the car!
Mid morning snack
Potato chips
Lunchtime
2) coffee white no sugar
Chicken wrap with salad ( Ohhh yeah and lots of Mayo) So much for trying to be good.
Mid afternoon snack

Fruit flavoured water.
