So I order DE off the internet today with the intentions of putting it in my dust bath for my girls. I began reading the human "health" benefits such as; lowering blood pressure/cholesterol, help with joint issues, arthritis, etc.
I was wondering if anyone takes it for themselves, and if so for what purpose.
I have fibromyalgia and was recently diagnosed with degenerative joint disease, and arthritis in my knee, and thought I might try it.
Are there any bad responses from taking it? I know the hazard if it's inhaled.
