Did my gander do this?

Had similar with my Dewlap Toulouse Ganders. The old Gander has got so territtorial with younger male I've had to part them.

Thank you for the responses. Mr. Gander is not too happy out there this morning. He is pacing the fence line trying to get to his mate. She doesn't seem to care. I'm not sure it is far to keep him all by himself for too long. I am thinking I may sell him and get another goose to keep her company. I didn't get them to breed anyway. If I do sell him I will miss him, he is a character. Here is a picture of the 2 of them. Mr. Gander is the white one.
