Did this ruin my hatch?

Well Alabama got 10 inches of rain yesterday! And it flooded my coop!! And my nest boxes are on the ground for my silkies!! So the bottom of the boxes got wet!!! Will there be to much humidity and it kill them all?

Did the eggs sit in water, or just get extra humidity? If it's just extra humidity, I'm going to say "No, it won't hurt them.".
