Are you allowed to eat almond flour and coconut flour?
As long as it's gluten-free, I can eat other flours. We use cornmeal alot for pancakes and other baked goods. Cornmeal works well for biscuits and stuff too. We also eat a lot of cornbread instead of other breads.

we use corn tortillas for everything and we do buy gluten-free alternatives, and I swear it's about 3/4ths of our grocery bills.

I miss pizza and doughnuts the most.... But whenever I feel tempted, I remember the days when I couldn't get out of bed it hurt so bad.... Then it's easier to resist.

Did you know that researchers are working on a med that makes it so gluten sensitive peoples can eat small amounts of wheat, barley, etc???
Domino's has gluten-free pizza crusts, and they are "okay" - Udi's breast is okay, as are their bagels... but it's still not the same as bread sticks from olive garden, dipped in their alfredo sauce... you know?

Did you know I I just bought another Llama so I can split my meat and dairy goats or babies into a separate pen?
haha! Did you know I think that's funny.

Did you know that I want to milk a sheep to see if I like the milk? I just have to convince my husband to let me try it down the road. I'm also debating on going back to nubians, but he made fun of me because I am small and can barely handle controlling a pgymy/nigerian/spanish cross.

I'm kind of tall, but i'm really small, and don't have a lot of muscle mass, even though I can haul around 50lbs just fine, it's hard for me to hold on to a goat.

You are all suffering from Celiac?

You are all suffering from Celiac?
Yes. It was actually the reason I had such horrible infertility for so many years, it attacked my body....

I don't get super sick if I get a tiny bit of cross contamination, but I'll get a headache for a few days and some stomach problems that take a few days to clear back up.

Did you know that my daughter will projectile vomit, and have extreme diarrhea with in an hour of contamination? She is going to be 6 in a few weeks, and she refuses to eat gluten, because of how it makes her feel, she'll make sure everything is gluten-free and will intentionally avoid anything that has flour in it... she's a smart kid.

Did you know that if you have an iphone, you should ask Siri what you should be for Halloween and let us know what she says?

Did you know sheep milk is supposed to be really good, and is better for butter. Icelandic goats depending on where you live are great all purpose, milk, meat, and two shearings of awesome wool a year. Unfortunately, they don't do very well with long high temperatures so you would have to have fans for them if they could even survive where you live.

they wouldn't survive here.

Desert goats do well.

Did you know that Boer's are great meat goats, but most people who want an all purpose goat, will breed Nubian/beor crosses to get a combo goat? These were my first experience with having/owning goats, eating goats and their milk a few years ago.
