So sorry she passed. Were her legs always that color? The one showing seemed to look swollen.

Yeah her legs were always that color, but the heel in that one picture I believe was covered in Pocket’s poop ;3 She is a mixed breed so I wasn’t really sure if it was just a weird gene, but her leggies didn’t look swollen to me, just weak.

A quick little update on Scooter’s “siblings”, Pocket & Dillweed. Dill is officially 33 days, while Pock is 30! They have been doing amazing. I am grateful that I had the chance to know Scooter and help her through her few days of life, her “siblings” are doing great and will make fine hens if I do say so myself!
