Disaster struck!

Hi all,
It's been a while since I posted.
Last November, I had a house fire in which I lost my two beautiful dogs and 1 duck (who was inside in the bathroom recuperating from an injury).
Needless to say my heart is totally broken,.
I had to rehome my other 12 ducks which I had hatched and raised from birth.
Ducks are so much work that now I find I have so much empty time on my hand.
I am totally destraught and even 5 months later am still feeling their loss.

Thank you, missing my dogs and ducks so much, however, ducks all went to a wildfowl sanctuary, and although they won't be as pampered as with me they are all safe and sound

I’m so sorry, I hope one of these days soon you’ll be able to fill your life again with ducks and dogs. There are so many in need of safe forever homes. And they bring so much joy to our lives
