Disease on Pekin duck bill-

We have semi-tame Pekin ducks on our lake. One of the ducks started getting black speckled markings around her nostrils. I fed them today and her beak is splitting in two. What can I do to help her? What is wrong? It's so pitiful.

Black spots are not uncommon in Pekins - but the bill splitting - she needs some veterinary care - even if you can't get to a vet, someone needs to try to help her. Tough situation.
