Hmm, the threat of a butter knife must have scared the Canadians from lashing out about my comment.

Hilma still hasn't visited the nest all evening, so I'll leave the cam over night. It will be interesting to check the footage tomorrow morning.

@hennible , I totally hope you get them. Do a search on how much they are and have the print out ready for Punky when he gets home. That way you can show him how much money he will be saving to buy it now.

We have 4 pip holes and one peeping. One is an EE x CCL. What's that going to be? EE? I am bad with genetics.

My barred rock hen that got attacked by our dog died this morning

. She developed sour crop after the attack as well as some puncture wounds. The puncture wounds weren't bad & I thought she would recover fine, but the sour crop got her. Poor girl. I have some of her eggs in the incubator and set back for my next hatching batch. King Tut is doing better. He crowed once this morning. 1st time since the attack.

I understand the setup. My dad explained how they used to raise rabbits in Texas a big colony.
