That is stupid about selling eggs being shut down. I don't understand half the time why they're so strict. Not like you're gonna produce enough eggs to take all the business!

Ok, average weight loss of all your eggs is 9.4%. They're 11 days in. You should lose roughly 18% by hatch and 15% by lock down.

Other than that info I'm clueless on how much you need mess with humidity based on that info. I'm sure Alaskan or someone is more help.
