So weight loss is a bit too fast.

I took all the water out last night, this morning the little hygrometer read 40% still.

17 days left

Relax, try not to overthink it... air cells seem to grow in spurts... I have confidence you will get lots of fuzzy little ducky poop machines to drive you crazy, lol...

Backyard flock keepers wouldn't discover it as easily either. The signs can be quite subtle, but with 50000 birds you pretty quickly notice a mortality rate change, and I bet they do a lot more testing too. And the population density in a commercial operation is so much higher that once it gets in, it spreads quickly.

from what I hear the mortality is pretty quick. By the time they show signs of the disease its too late. because half the birds are dead or dying...

Work absolutely sucked today, I usually sit on my butt now and push a couple buttons on a HMI screen, not easy today, I think someone probably got fired over it, whole vat of cheese ended up in the whey silo instead of cups for sale. I was on a dead run all day, and sceered! , my room does not run well on anything but straight whey, crushed filters that cost more then I make in a week! Many of them! Loaded many trucks with crap and ran another room that wasn't working right but I couldn't pay attention to it because I was so busy! I don't think I have any hair left on my head! I guess,
Good now though, its warm and drunk outside, the best tension reliever! Woohoo!

WOW! What a day!

I forgot about the carton regulations. That's something I don't follow here. I "recycle" cartons. You can buy them at the feed store, just plain cartons for 25cents.

I have a busy morning

Work on house this morning. Also taking little girl to breakfast before school and taking tadpoles for the kids to see. Then go to work. Pick up tadpoles on my lunch, back to work. Plus have TONS to do at home. The chicks in the laundry room stink. When I walked in there this morning the smell was like

Any second now, that is going to be illegal too..... touching a tadpole.

Thanks Alaskan, if I am right they've had a 5% weight loss so far.

I still see the little "developings" in the eggs move around. They haven't died yet and they just need to make it to hatch. I can see myself becoming a meddler.

I had Bob whites at one time and they drank from rabbit waterers so I don't see why they couldn't.
