They just banned it!

They decided the shooting (was that two weeks back) all happened because the guy was racist, and that all racism has its roots in the dixie flag.

(The above comment is NOT asking for a political discussion to start... Simply a wrap up of the hoop-la.)

I should google where it has actually been banned.... Silly me.... But I think in some of the states where it had been the state flag, it is no longer... The entire things is uh -insert illegal political commentary here- so I deliberately did not follow exactly where it was been taken down, and what was going to replace it.

I should add.... I do think it is good to be politically aware.... But since none of my states were in the hoopla (TX or AK), I thought it easiest to keep my mouth shut if I chose ignorance.

that looks like someone was just trolling. Noticed they have some sort of website name embedded in them. Odd

New Avatar? Is there some kind of argument going on about the confederate flag? I try not to read the news.

People need to educate themselves before they start arguments is the only problem. The confederate flag is a symbol of heritage. Not hate. People that had nothing to do with this time in our history have turned it into something that it is not.

I love fishing too! Any time any where any how, I throw most back. It's the thrill of the "chase", and the anticipation of that little nibble.

We put most of ours back too. Minimum size this year for lake trout is 75cm, which is 10cm longer then last year. Our second keeper was well over 84cm
