Im gonna try the raw egg mayo. I eat tons of raw oysters, sushi, sashimi, rare meats, etc. I should be ok.....right?

I've eaten lots of raw eggs...
But I can't keep a straight face and say I'm fine... But the egg had nothing to do with it. Some frozen dessert I make uses raw egg, $10 to who ever can tell me the heck it's called...:/

Bama, past performance with this recipe does not guarantee future results. Please consult your kitchen advisor and weigh your level of risk in evaluating the potential reward this recipe may provide. :D

@Outpost JWB Decided to keep the sussex. Everything I've read about them is good. Surprising more people don't have them. Comparable to the Delaware and New Hampshire as far as egg laying ability, meatiness, and quick growth. In a breed that dates back to the Roman Empire.
The reds seem hard to find, SandHill and Walt's Ark ranch in Colorado (they want $15ea!) are the only ones that come up, sure there is others if I dig deeper maybe.

I bought 2 Speckled Sussex on a whim 2 years ago. Liked them so much I bought 2 more last year. They follow me around for my treat value. Always first to come running.

Have you tried Breyer's gelato Tiramisu?  Divine!

I've never ate any. My brain retains useless info. Young girl at work a couple yrs ago was saying how someplace had the best gluten free tiramisu, her girlfriend/fiance has celiacs. Never heard of celiac disease or tiramisu or met a girl with a girlfriend before that, for some reason it stuck in my head, and it has raw eggs in it.

haha, for "some" reason...
@Outpost JWBcar is at the dealership. That was a nightmare. Long story short it was towed to 4 different dealerships before one accepted it. I'm not happy with chevy roadside assistance.

@seminolewind, nope she's an orpington. I love my orpingtons.
