got the quail pens wrapped although it isn't the prettiest. It will block the wind though

I gave up caring what any of it looks like as long as the chickens and ducks are happy, dry and safe it's good here, lol...

so does anyone do anything special for their chickens when they are molting?

If feeding a lower protein layer, then I up the protein... add some catfish/koi pellets to their feed... (that was a tip from minihorse, lol)

But if using the flock raiser/all flock with a higher protein level, I don't worry too much about it... and if they're too bare and get cold, they go inside the coop early...

Going to in-laws. They're having a ham, we're bringing the turkey. Trying to talk DW into making it up like this Lol! :-D
