Dixie Chicks

I was very covert, she asked 10 minutes after I already had it drying if I was going to build it or not...

But now I'm thinking if I should use polyurethane foam instead of rock wool for the sides, it would sit there better and lock the inner bucket in it's place. Problem is I don't think I have any at home and it would cost about 6-7 euros to buy a container... But it wouldn't care about getting wet so it might be a better solution. The lid part I will cut out of aluminium coated polyurethane insulation board that I've got a bit of in storage.

Anyone have any ideas for making the lid have pretty edges on the inside? I'd like to cover them with something so that I don't get PU dust in the waterer all the time. Caulk might be a bit overkill...
