morning everyone!!!

Ron and Perchie- are you guys getting any of that rain showing up over there on the radar???

It looks like we are FINALLY going to have a couple dry days in a row here

Hunh???? Rain... It was cloudy yesterday but it is already burned off today... at 11:30 it was 80 degrees... though we did get a blast of humidity... its up to 60 percent... from the tropical storm in Baja. You made me get up and look outside.... LOL

I switch mine to my grower at 6 weeks and then I switch to layer feeds around 5 or 6 months.

Perfect, I need them to finish that bag of starter, I think timing wise my 5 Ancona's should be able to do that. Another month...

So excited for your new eggs and quail chicks!

So excited! A mixed box of colors, 21 chicks

When are they supposed to arrive?? Straight run or sexed?

Oh, I forgot to say: the Cayuga duck eggs: I'd asked for 12-24, so decided on 24. thinking: Aim on the higher side in case some don't hatch. Then the lady gave me extras...which made up another 6!

Then my duck laid an egg yesterday.. and decided to incubate that one too. So 31 eggs are set. CRAZZZYYYY!!

The chicks I am getting are just hatched, straight run from a fancy breeder.. Boggy bottom bantams.... Chicks are supposed to arrive Friday! (And yep, I have no room...... Maybe I will stick them in the bathtub.....


That reminds me of an ODD thing..... My eggs due today look like they aren't yet "done".... Dunno why.... So I haven't upped the humidity... Dunno... They look very clearly not done....
