Do Chicken peepers actually work to stop a chick from pecking other chicks?

Do they work? I have one hen that is a big bully, need a solution but refuse to use anti-pecking spray, sooooo many terrible reviews about endangering chicks lives ect. Do the peepers work to stop hen from pecking others?

Hopefully!!! One of my hens is very sweet around me but a bully otherwise... was originally just picking on one hen but now the other two it seems.... have ordered some... will let you know how it goes
