That was a silly question. I apologize. My definition of "nice" would be chicks that stand out from the rest and are eye catching :-D

It’s okay, I just wasn’t sure what you meant.
If you consider mottling eye-catching, then crossing him to your pyncheon (or any other hen with mottling, like mille fleur d’uccles) will give you all mottled chicks. Any chicks of his from your non-mottled hens won’t be mottled, but their own offspring will be if they’re crossed to each other, him, or any other mottled chicken.
Black is a pretty dominant color, and, since he’s black mottled, you’ll probably get a lot of solid colored chicks at first (unless crossed to a mottled hen). They can be pretty, but I don’t know if they’re the most eye catching. If you cross him to a self buff chicken (buff cochin, buff silkie, buff orp, etc) you could get chicks that have a lot of buff leakage rather than being solid black. I believe @MysteryChicken has some first generation buff x black crosses. Also, crossing him to barred or laced hens could get some cool looking chicks, especially if you then cross those chicks to each other or a mottled chicken.

I wasn't even a tiny bit excited about crossing him with my Pyncheon but now I am really excited about that, plus, she goes broody a lot but she is easy to break, so she hasn't hatched anything yet. They're separated from the cockerels and my other roosters, so no fertile eggs yet. If he mates with the Self Blue OEGB, will they produce BB&S chicks or mostly all Black since it's dominant?

Calico princesses are buff columbian (buff with black tail and neck feathers), I believe, so won’t have the same effect as self buff (solid buff). They will likely have less leakage, but they’ll still be pretty, and the cockerels from that cross would have barring.
Self blue is black with two copies of the lavender gene, so all chicks in the first generation would be solid black. If the chicks were crossed together, though, I think there’s a 1 out of 8 chance of getting mottled lavenders (@Amer is that correct?).

The only Buff Black crosses of the first generation of my Wheaten Crele Orpingtons are Buff Orpington/Barred Rock, & Buff Orpington/Australorp.

Wow! I am speechless. I don't know why I haven't noticed that coloring before but it's so incredibly beautiful and I didn't need anymore chickens but now I do.

What about crested birds? Is that gene dominant? I'm thinking about Pyncheon crosses again and I have 2 CCL's that I'm wondering about crossing.

Knowing and understanding genetics is so helpful. I am anxious to learn about this. Chickens are awesome, really. So much to learn about with them
