Do My Ducklings Need Me To Wet Down Their Food?

Another beginner question: my one week old (approximate) Pekin ducklings are eating Purina Start & Grow. They're eating well. They also have access to water for drinking and dunking their heads and beaks. But do they also need me to provide a dish with pre-moistened crumble? Like a moist mash? Thanks.

No they should be able to eat dry crumbles just fine if they have a water dish close by which is deep enough for them to dunk their whole heads in.
