Do they eat flowers?

I am trying to talk my mom into getting some sebastopols (I would only want 2) , but she says geese would eat her flowers. Would they?

I think they will try anything. Ours will eat our althias but since they grow high they can only get to the lower branches.

My goose tries it all but mostly just tears the leaves off of plants.

Waterlilies and cannas are nothing but shreds. Hosta has taken a hit too. BUT THEY ARE SO WORTH IT!

Hmm... that doesn't sound good. Is there anything natural that you could sprinkle on the flowers that would deter the geese? I know- dumb question, right?

Flowers? Pretty bright flowers? Yep our Sebbies love them. Cannas, marigold, jasmine, hibiscus they all get a work over here.

They love to nibble so what they don't eat they shred

Thank you very much! I don't think I could keep geese in a regular size backyard **lol** It would be mud in no time at all!
