Do white leg horns have a black spot on the back of its head and little spot on there back also?

It is probably a California White. That is a Leghorn hybrid, so even though it (and your other chicks) have somewhat large combs, I wouldn't assume they are all cockerels. Leghorns and Leghorn mixes all tend to have huge combs when they're mature.

The white one with black spots is likely a Californian White.

A picture could confirm it, but it certainly sounds like a California White, which is produced by crossing a California Gray rooster with a White Leghorn hen.
