Looks like a cockerel, but don't freak out and give it time. i had a BCM that had me puzzled at 5 weeks, but ended up being a pullet (looked just like yours). Good luck!
Thank you for your help! It could be a BCM, if do it’s a little on the smaller side though which is why we were leaning towards a black Cochin.

I bought it from a local guy that buys eggs to hatch. He had it with the orpingtons. I’ll show you some week by week pics so you can see how much it has changed. I asked the person I bought it from and he doesn’t have
The slightest idea what it could be.

Very likely a mix then. Could possibly be a buckeye mix. Too young to be sure.
Also, it looks like a cockerel so far.
