Mushrooms are my 2nd favorite food. I'll eat them fresh & raw, cooked, canned, whatever sign me up! Love a classic fried morel or a sauteed portabella. Toss them in a salad, in a pasta, on a pizza, on a steak, on the grill...SO MANY OPTIONS!
