Like - everything except mussels.

Yum, love mussels! We had them in the ocean where our property met the ocean. Nothing like fresh from the sea. With butter! So good, not rubbery.

There is a salty and maybe slightly fishy smell but it doesn't bother me.

kinda think it depends on where "the ocean" your visiting is. A harbor smells very different to an exposed beach, for example. And the beaches in Hawaii have a different smell than the ones in cali. Probably becuase hawaii beaches aren't full of sea lions.

That's true. All the beaches I've been to are on the east coast, varying levels of sand exposed.
