Do you take chicks out after hatch?

So I am about to go into lock down with the chicks. My question is; do you remove the chicks from the incubator after they hatch? Do you remove the broken egg shells? Basically what do you do after the first chick emerges? I have 12 in right now, looking great!!! Thanks for your imput!

I leave them in until they are dry and fluffy. Usually i leave then in until everybody has hatched or 24 hours, whichever comes first.

If you are talking about Incubator then wait until they are dry. You need a bin or crate that has a heat lamp and provide them with food and water.
