Do you think these Ameraucanas are pullets or cockerels?

Both approximately 11 weeks old.

Blue Ameraucana - quite skittish, doesn't like to get close to me. Seems to not trust me at all.

Black Ameraucana - much more "bold", but still a little skittish. Noisier, but no crowing.

**Not sure why pictures didn't post in order. Blue is inside coop, black is outside.

Hello! Just want your opinions again to confirm these Ameraucanas are pullets, now that they're older. Currently 14 weeks old.

Black is for sure a pullet. Blue has suspicious splotchy coloring, but there is no male specific feathering and its comb is pale. In my opinion, the blue is a pullet as well.
