My chickens are so spoiled they will not eat their treats directly from the ground. They must have a plate or bowl.

Do your chickens have delusions of grandeur?

Well we started calling our little serama roo King Truffles. He demands to be let out of his cage. When we are cooking he demands to be the official taster. If we leave he CROWS until we return.. When his waterer is low (not out) he Demands that it is refilled. He loves to challange my EE roo, and doesn't back down. He thinks that the entire flock of chickens here are his INCLUDING the big girls.

Oh, and did I mention their utter disdain for birds of prey? I haven't lost one yet as the only crows I've got here are afraid of 'em...
