Ohhhhhhhhhh okay. That must be it. I thought someone had a Dobe/GSD mix and then a pure Dobe but it must be the opposite. Pure GSD not Dobe LOLMy other dog is a full blood GSD. But side by side they do look similar.
Gorgeous dog!I have a Doberman/GSD mix, his name is Brinks. He’s nine years old and I’ve had him since four weeks. He is special and I love him.

Oh wow that’s sad!!!!!!! But glad yours are healthyI don’t know much about Rottweilers but GSD have their own slew of health problems too. They often get hemangiosarcoma, which is cancer of the blood. There’s no cure, often no symptoms leading up to it, and always results in death. Kind of similar in dialated cardiomyelopathy in Dobermans where they will be running around playing and drop dead. It’s scary and sad. Thankfully my two have been healthy for all of their nine and seven years.
