Does anyone else kiss their hens?

So does my brown shaver - - I was so surprised, I nearly dropped her...
As for ME kissing THEM, well, not on the beak...

Heh. One of my Nubians gives me kisses on the cheek. But I confess that I don't kiss my birds. Just my donkeys. So when someone says "Kiss my aZZ", it gives me the giggles.

I kiss my hens and my roo's

They're spoiled. All but one. He's a meanie. The rest are sweet.

From day one, out of the incubator I kissed my sweet roo on the chicken lips. He has had to suffer through the daily routine of mommy giving him kisses, as long as I give him a grape afterwards he's ok.

I had a rooster that would make horrible noise from the coop until I went out and gave him a hug and kiss, then he would be quiet for the night. Everyone thought that it was funny but none of our new chickens do that and I hate to say it but I kind of miss it.

i ALWAYS smootch my chicks.... There are a few of the adults I kiss, if they let me. I kinda have to sneak it on them. I give all my animals kisses. Most people just roll there eyes at me. I am the crazy chicken lady already at work.

Never and never will, their beaks have poop residue on them, and it can be dangerous to your eyes, if you think they are people and want to risk your health, kiss away. Leave the kissing to humans and not farm animals.

I kiss them all the time. How else, besides giving them good food, a clean coop, fresh water, fresh lettuce, lots of free range time and my constant comments on how beautiful they're becoming, are they going to know how much I love them??!!
